I believe in treating clients

LIKE FAMILY.

I want you to fall in love with your photos and have beautiful, timeless images to cherish for a lifetime.

I focus on quality...always...because it really does matter. It matters when you want to remember your baby’s tiny toes and eyelashes. It matters when you want to forever cherish every little detail of your children.  It also matters when photos are printed on quality products, which I love to provide for my clients. I love it when clients trust me with their memories.

I love raising my children to be grateful and appreciative of everything, especially the simple things in life.

I love candy and anything sweet… I might even have my own industrial-sized cotton candy machine.

I have a very unhealthy obsession with coke (a-cola!) and we are the best of friends. I’ve tried to end our relationship so many times but I. Just. Can’t.

I love anything fluffy, soft, or furry…including this dang cat that Santa brought to my daughter. There…I said it. Did I mention I’m allergic to cats?

I grew up on a farm with amazing parents who taught me the value of working hard and how to dream. I'm a small-town girl with BIG dreams and I love my quiet, peaceful life in the country. It means so much to me that my clients are able to enjoy the place where I was raised when they come to visit my studio.

I love smiling and laughing until my face hurts! I don’t sweat the small stuff… life is too short. I truly believe there is no such thing as saying “Thank You” too often and I love lifting up and inspiring others.

I promise to take great care in keeping you and your family as comfortable as possible during your portrait session. I want your session to be a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I'm a full-service photographer, meaning I not only capture your memories, I help you know what to do with them after so you can cherish them for a lifetime.

“How do I book my session? ”

After I go over all of the information with you, If you decide you'd like to book a session,  you would pay your session fee to reserve your session.

When should I book my session?

I recommend booking your newborn session at the beginning of your second trimester. I always try to fit in last minute clients, but to ensure availability book early!
For other sessions, I usually recommend 2-3 months in advance.

“Where are you located? ”

Coffee Creek Studio is located in a remodeled barn at Coffee Creek Ridge in Shelbyville, IN. This is also where outdoor sessions typically take place, although i occasionally travel to clients' homes for their sessions.

“Can we be friends? ”

Ummm yes! I LOVE making new friends,
as long as you promise to laugh at My jokes.

When do you usually do newborn sessions?

I typically photograph newborns within the first two weeks after they're born. That doesn't mean we can't create beautiful photos after that time, babies are just the sleepiest and easier to pose in the first two weeks.

Will you come to my house to photograph my newborn?

I love to travel to the homes of my clients to photograph their babies and families. Those photos are completely different than my studio photos. it's important to mention that photos done in your home are more relaxed and natural and the posed and prop photos are only done in my studio for safety reasons.
